We specialize in Italian Meringue Buttercream, which is made by hand in small batches combining sweet cream butter, sugar syrup and thick meringue. It is a rich, creamy icing that is smoother and less sweet than the traditional American style, and is our standard icing. Traditional American style icing is available for those who prefer, and can be substituted at no additional cost.
All cake, filling and icing flavors can be mixed and matched, or we can create a personalized flavor to suit your taste.
